SATNAM WAHEGURU

'Satnaam' breaks down into 'Sat' meaning True and 'Nam' meaning Name. So 'Satnam' means True Name and Waheguru means God .God is inside us but we don’t realize Him. Our attention is outwards. When we divert that attention inside, we realize God inside us. When we realize God inside, He is no longer a foreigner to us. We see Him everywhere. With the help of satnam waheguru meditation, we train ourselves to divert our attention inwards. This requires some effort from our side, the rest is taken care of by the Divine power.Satnam Waheguru is done with the help of Divine Word “Waheguru”.
